All Capxpress orders are sent for next working day delivery to mainland UK destinations (excluding the Highlands) with a charge of £9.50.
Typically orders are delivered the next working day provided the order is placed before midday Monday to Friday. An order placed after midday will normally be delivered within two working days.

Happy customers are good for our business. If there are any problems with the delivery we will track the goods and resolve them for you. If you have any problem with the quantity, quality or condition of the goods received, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will endeavour to solve it, to your satisfaction.
Return Of Goods
Goods supplied may not be returned without the Purchaser applying for, and receiving, the consent of CapXpress. Goods will not normally be accepted for return unless they were delivered in error or do not meet the quoted specifications. No consent for return will be given if CapXpress is notified after 7 days from receipt. Goods for return must be in a saleable condition including the product packaging they arrived in. No credit will be given until we receive the returned goods back at our warehouse.
Notification Of Damaged Goods
All Capxpress deliveries must be inspected for visible damage prior to acceptance. Any damage must be noted on the documentation held by the Carrier. All deliveries should be unpacked as soon as possible, and any concealed damage must be reported. Notify the Company immediately any damage is confirmed, and arrangements to rectify the problem will be made. This notification must be received WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS and confirmed in writing or the claim may be repudiated by the carrier.
We must be notified of non-delivery WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIVING THE INVOICE and confirmed in writing, or the claim may be repudiated by the carrier.
